Update: still a good place for a quick meal.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would think twice about it.  They just can't get any consistency of quality here.  Their employees can't even get the doors open on time...this morning was another example of that.  How does this place find the means to stay open....its worth the few extra blocks to go to the subway up the street

Worst experience at a Subway ever. My son wanted the $4.00 Lunch Box Special. He has dietary restrictions and they refused to substitute a meat on a sandwich. I have never been to a restaurant, and definitely never been to a Subway, that refuses to work with dietary concerns. When I asked the manager his reasoning, he said, "It throws off inventory. I'm the manager, and what the manager says, goes."  WTF #Subway?

Little do people know how much impact their rudeness and misguided decisions have on others. My child, who is on the spectrum (ASD), could not understand and ended up refusing to eat lunch because of a near meltdown due to having to change his "normal" sandwich.

First of all, follow the Subway training guidelines on making sandwiches.  There's a reason they orient sandwiches one way and not another. It can easily ruin a sandwich if toppings are put on the sandwich incorrectly or if the sandwich is closed up incorrectly. Upon unwrapping my sandwich, there was no dressing even IN the sandwich, it was all on the paper and on the outside of the bread.

Second, LISTEN TO THE GODDAMNED CUSTOMER. When they say a topping or dressing, and you listen to them and get it right, you won't have to waste toppings or money.

Third, TAKE OFF YOUR GLOVES WHEN YOU HANDLE CREDIT CARDS. What kind of moron handles a credit card with gloves covered in sandwich toppings?? Thank you for my greasy credit card back... I do hope they at least train you to throw out your gloves after handling money with them.

Never getting a sub here again. Ever. I was so disgusted I couldn't even eat the sandwich.

This is our favorite "go to" sandwich place! They make our sandwiches right and fresh every time! The employees here are super friendly. Sometimes I'm nearby another Subway but I appreciate the great customer service at this Subway so I end up driving to this specific location!
